The FlightScope Mevo+ is the radar unit most serious home users eventually land on. It delivers full ball and club data, supports a wide range of software including GSPro, and — unlike a lot of rivals — doesn't force a subscription to use it. That combination makes it a genuine do-it-all pick under $2,000.

The trade-offs are the usual radar ones: it needs more room behind you than a camera unit, setup is a touch fussier, and the very best data sits in a paid Pro package. Buy it if you want a flexible, no-subscription simulator brain and you have the space. If your room is tight, a camera unit like SkyTrak+ will fit better.
